Pacman Games

Anti-Pacman

The opposite of the traditional Pacman game.  You control the ghosts and much catch Pacman before he eats all the pac-dots.  Unlike the original, the ghosts do not come back when they are eaten, so be careful of those power pellets!

Pacman, released in 1980 by Namco, is one of the most popular arcade games of all times and is an icon of 1980s pop culture.  An animated TV series was even created based on this character.  According to one study performed, Pacman is the most recognized arcade game character with over ninety percent of people recognizing him.  The player controls Pacman through a maze with the goal to clear all of the pac-dots from each screen.  Once this is accomplished, Pacman is taken to the next stage.  There are a total of four ghosts that roam through the maze trying to stop Pacman from completing his task.  The ghosts, named Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde, will cause Pacman to lose one life if they come into contact with him.  In each corner of the maze, there are flashing dots called power pellets.  These pellets prove Pacman with the ability to temporarily eat the ghosts.  There are also bonus items that appear within the maze, called fruits, that appear near the center.  If Pacman eats these items, bonus points are awarded.
